Today, we’re thrilled to reflect on our recent staff training held over the weekend in Maua, which concluded on October 20th. This intensive two-day program has been a remarkable success, equipping us with the skills and knowledge to serve our customers and community better.

The training covered a wide range of essential topics, including Unity Sacco’s products, KYC and AML compliance, excellent customer service, sales and marketing skills, and effective communication. Each session was designed to address the specific needs of our staff and to enhance our ability to meet our customers’ expectations.

Our staff now has a deeper understanding of the products and services we offer, ensuring we can provide accurate information and tailored solutions to our customers. The focus on compliance with KYC and AML regulations has strengthened our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and security.
